Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Fresh Ground Pork Breakfast Sausage
  • 4 slices Smoked Gouda Cheese (3/4 oz.)
  • 4 Each Fresh Baked Biscuits (3 1/2"), split
  • 8 slices Cooked Hardwood Smoked Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Caramelized Onions, warm
  • 4 Each Fried Eggs, medium/well
  • Heinz® Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor or Heinz® Ketchup Blended with Real Jalapeño

Instructions

  1. Spray a flat top griddle with vegetable oil spray. Pre-heat to medium-high heat.

  2. Form the ground sausage into four, 4-ounce patties.
  3. Grill the burgers until cooked through, 4-5 minutes on each side. The internal temperature should reach at least 165⁰F.
  4. Add the cheese to the cooked sausage patties to melt.
  5. Place the cooked sausage patties with cheese on the bottom half of the split biscuit. Top with 2 tablespoons of the warm caramelized onions, a fried egg and 2 slices of cooked bacon.
  6. Drizzle the Heinz® Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor or Heinz® Ketchup Blended with Real Jalapeño onto the other half of the biscuit and top the sandwich.
