Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp HEINZ Organic Ketchup
  • 2 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slices
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, cut into 4 slices

Instructions

  1. Mash beans in medium bowl until smooth. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until heated through and evenly browned on both sides. Top with cheese; cook 1 min. or until melted.
  3. Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and burgers.
Tip
Special Extra:

Add caramelized onions and avocado slices to sandwiches.
